We correct errors of fact quickly and visibly. This page explains how, and how to complain about our journalism.
How we correct
- A correction is added at the end of the story, with the date and what was changed: we say what was wrong, not why.
- We also fix the headline, summary and share text if they carried the error.
- Significant corrections are noted in the next newsletter.
- New information is added as a dated “Updated” note under the standfirst.
- Spelling and style fixes do not get a note.
- We do not remove stories because they are embarrassing. Removal for legal or safety reasons is a decision for the publisher.
Report an error
Email corrections@filmbunch.com with the link to the story and what is wrong. If you are the subject of a story and want to respond, tell us; we will consider publishing your reply.
Complaints
If you think a story breaks our editorial standards, write to corrections@filmbunch.com and say which standard. The editors will look at it and reply. Formal complaints and legal notices can be sent to the publisher, Radical Plans S.r.l.s., at radicalplans.amm@pec.it.
